2 Bronze Bushing sintered motor Garrard 401

We're pleased to announce the introduction into our catalogue of the sintered bronze bushings for the motor of all Garrards 401. It's a product that is particularly difficult to make as each bushing is CNC machined from expensive bars of sintered bronze.

 They are finished off with a tungsten punch to leave the pores of the bronze open.

 A final microscope examination is performed.

This kit includes 2 NEW BRONZE  BUSHING SINTERED + 2 FELT RINGS + 1 Ball grade 5 silicon nitride (mohs scale value 8.5) the steel hardeness is only 4.5.
