EMT Idler wheel

We are very pleased to present the new idler wheel for EMT turntable .

At last available after a long period of tests and analysis the new EMT idler wheel.

Instead of common polyethylene plastic (which hardens over time but speeds up the workings as it's very easy to work with) the most important stage of the production process is based on vulcanization of natural rubber which is then ground with a special tool through a three stage process to make the final wheel perfectly round.

this idler wheel is produced like the original EMT idler wheel.

Last but not least our EMT idler wheel is fitted with a sintered bronze bushing.
